Years ago as a massage therapist I found that a client could come to me and I
could relax their muscles. A week later they would come back and the same
muscles were tight again. These were usually not body builders or even
construction workers, they were mostly office workers. I theorized that these
tight muscles are the result of emotional stress and I wanted to find a way to
make these muscles relax and not come back the next week. I found such a
way and it turns out that it is life changing. My discovery was that memories
are held in the muscles and you can use these muscles to find what emotions
and memories need to be resolved. This turns in to resolving minor internal
conflicts to Kharma. These internal conflicts are the things that keep people
from healing or living the life that they want to live. AMH leads you directly to
